  • You may carefully open the package to check or try the clothing for size, but the product must remain unused and in returnable condition.
  • The product must be returned as the same item that you received from BLACK STONE.

Please be careful when opening your parcel.

Do not cut, tear, remove, or damage the tags, labels, security pins, or other original attachments on the product.

If these items are removed or damaged, or if the clothing shows signs of wearing or washing, the return may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To return your order:

  2. Tell us which product you want to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
  4. Send the product back to us according to the instructions provided.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.

Refund

Once your returned product is received and approved after inspection, BLACK STONE will process your refund.

The refund will be made according to the payment method and refund process available for your order.

Please note that the refund will only be processed after the returned product passes our return inspection.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, BLACK STONE may reject the return and the product may be sent back to the customer.
